**Job Summary**
**A. **Acquisition of Mining Asset**

To identify good mining areas for various minerals like coal, iron ore, alumina, manganese, graphite, granite & others.

To carry out technical and legal due diligence.

To assist for assessing mine reserves, survey work/ testing, field investigation etc.

To establish good working relationship with all concerned departments like Mining Office, Environment Office, Consultants, Contractors, Clients etc.

To build up business intelligence, information, data collection and all such acts required for business developments.

To carry out clients meetings, give presentation for business development.

To assist HO in various HR, Admin, IT and Finance Department activities.

B. Contracts**:

To review, implement, assist in contract documents, agreements, reports, as and when required.

To independently carry out contract correspondence, client correspondence etc.

C. **Branch Co-ordination**:

To plan & set up independently a branch at Bhopal and other locations as per business plan.

To prepare various documents for award of contract, sub-contract as per the requirement.

D. **Site Co-ordination**:

To carry out site review activity, as per pre-approved format.

To review compliance of all statutory laws (Environmental & Safety) being followed at various mining sites.

To review maintenance of HR, Admin and Finance activities at mine site and suggest improvement and efficiency.

E. **General**:

To identify all activities related to Administrative work, maintenance of files and records and data on computer for assignments handled.

To undertake work as a team as well as coordination with other staff for successful completion of various tasks.

To prepare weekly advance work plan and to maintain daily review report.

To adhere to reporting hierarchy.
